Recurso de súplica.

La demanda se rechazó porque el escrito de corrección mantuvo las omisiones respecto de los requisitos de especificidad, pertinencia y suficiencia y, además, no estructuró de manera correcta un cargo de inconstitucionalidad por violación al derecho a la igualdad.

La Sala Plena de la Corporación concluyó que la demanda y el escrito de corrección no proporcionaron los elementos estructurales del juicio de constitucionalidad y, por ello, decidió CONFIRMAR en su totalidad el auto controvertido.

CONFIRMAR el auto del 9 de agosto de 2021, proferido por la Magistrada Paola Andrea Meneses Mosquera en el proceso D-14332, mediante el cual se rechazo la demanda presentada por la ciudadana Maria Andrea Rodriguez Ortega contra el articulo 206 (parcial) de la Ley 1801 de 2016 y los articulos 18 y 19 (parciales) del Decreto Ley 785 de 2005.
  2. SEGUNDO. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte, COMUNICAR el contenido de esta decision a la recurrente, indicandole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
